01Can I control what Carcin treats as true about my business?

Yes. Carcin can propose something it believes is true, but memory keeps what binds separate from what is only proposed. Nothing becomes a rule the work relies on until you accept it, and you can edit it in place.

02What if Carcin cannot reach my memory for a moment?

It falls back to the last rules it knew, not to none. A job keeps following what you already told it rather than acting as if your business had no history.
