01How much does Carcin cost?
Carcin is free to start with a private workspace and starter credits; no card is required. Basic is $19.99 per month, Pro is $99.99 per month, and Max is $199.99 per month. Paid plans include monthly credits, a frontier model, and web research. Credit usage is visible in the workspace, and you can add credits when you need more capacity.
02What does Carcin replace?
Carcin can help plan, review, and carry out bounded work across your site, listings, content, research, and reporting when the right tools and permissions are available. It does not replace every login, agency relationship, or human decision. Keep the software your business relies on and connect an account when a specific job needs it. The calculator above provides sourced examples of other software costs; it is not a claim that a Carcin subscription includes every product in that stack.
03How do credits work with a monthly plan?
Work uses credits, and the workspace shows that usage. A paid plan has a monthly price and included credits; a busier month can use those credits faster, but it does not automatically change the plan price.
If you need more capacity, review the available plan or additional credits. A proposed job, a completed action, and a recurring loop should remain distinct so you can understand what used credits and what still needs approval.
04How is Carcin different from an agency retainer?
An agency retainer buys an agreed scope of human service. Carcin is software: its plans provide workspace access and credits for work you choose to run. The workspace should show proposals, approvals, completed work, and credit use instead of leaving you to infer progress from a monthly status call.
These options are not interchangeable. A team may still need human judgment, specialist delivery, or an agency partner alongside Carcin.
05Is there a contract?
No contract and no minimum term. The free tier has no commitment at all. Paid billing is a monthly subscription through Stripe. Cancel anytime from your account.
06What happens when my free credits run out?
Your workspace remains available. To run more work, compare a paid plan or additional credits. Moving to a paid plan does not silently publish drafts or activate every connected channel; review the jobs and permissions you want to use.
07Will I get a surprise bill?
Review the monthly price of the plan you select and any additional credit purchase before paying. The workspace shows credit usage, so you can decide whether to add capacity, change plans, or pause a recurring job. Connected third-party services may bill separately under their own terms.
08What makes the bill go up?
The monthly subscription changes when you choose a different paid plan. Additional credits can add cost when you choose to buy them. Using more of the credits already included in a plan does not, by itself, change that plan's monthly price.
Before starting a larger job or recurring loop, inspect its scope, the required connections, and expected credit use.
09What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel a paid plan from your account. Review the current terms for billing-period and data-retention details. If you have published a site or connected outside services, check their hosting, account, and export requirements before changing plans; they may have separate rules.
10Do I own what Carcin makes?
Work created for your business should remain accessible to you, including drafts, pages, reports, and other deliverables. Connected accounts and third-party platforms have their own ownership and export rules. Review those rules before relying on a specific handoff or transfer.
11Can the price change?
Carcin gives 30 days' notice by email before any price change applies. Partial periods are not refunded, because the free tier costs nothing and you can cancel at any time. Full detail sits in the Terms of Service.
